The villa is located in Paestum then steps from the Archaeological Park of Paestum in the heart of the Valley of the Temples and Cilento. With his project the Arch. Carmine Voza wanted to redevelop a former industrial area, giving it a dynamic and elegant personality ready to welcome a family.
The large windows, the play of lights, the intersections of materials and the warm colors of the earth, the exposed structures refer to the industrial factory, giving strength and grandeur to the entire structure.
The choice of thermal break aluminum profiles, in addition to meeting the aesthetic standards of the project, meets the environmental requirements determined by the location of the structure; the resistance of aluminum to atmospheric agents, in fact, guarantees high thermal performance and a longer life of the frame over time.
